extensive academic and professional training in Ghana and the United States of America, in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Training and Development Practice and Human Resource Management.

Formerly a Training and Development Manager of Valco, Tema, he has held executive positions in Human Resource Management in both the public and private sectors of Ghana.

His fields of specialization include jobs and Organizational Restructuring and Design, and then Management Training and Development, Human Resource Management and performance, Management and Organizational Development.
