Group Description

The Projects Department deals with the management of the over 2,700 personnel who are recruited to work on our outsourced programme. With our outsourcing scheme, L'AINE employees are assigned permanently to our client companies while remaining on our payroll. We handle all the administrative and personnel functions relating to the employment and relieve clients of all administrative burdens in managing the staff working in various set-ups from the high office in the banks to the shop floor working in the factories.
