One of the foremost innovators in America once said, “If you want to build the business, build the people.” Building and strengthening a company’s human resource through training is one of the best ways to ensure optimal productivity and profitability.
In this light, L’AINE Services has organised a series of training sessions for two groups of its employees; Executives and Assistants as one group, and Managers and Officers as another. The training was done on Sales Territory, Negotiation and Presentation Skills to equip staff on how to become effective sales men, and to give value to their customers.
Mr. Isaac Gyimah Adigu, a sales consultant, led the training sessions. He served up very relevant insights into the theme amidst lively interactions with the participants. The atmosphere was charged up as participants were taken through group exercises including territory management and sales pitch.
Mr. Gyimah Adigu also delved into sales leadership and some traits all good sales persons should have. Going deeper into sales leadership, he spoke on the importance of being able to know and show all clients the benefit and added value of the product or service being offered.
He added, “A sales professional must be a customer partner, confident, goal oriented and must have personal grooming and communication skills.”
Ms. Rhoda Safowa; a Sales, Media and Events Executive, stated, “Mr. Gyimah Adigu is such a resourceful person. Even the least interaction with him is a chance to learn something new. It was an enlightening experience.”
Overall, the training was “exciting and educative.” The attendees were inspired and ready to push further towards excellence in their line of work and beyond.
